wall tattoo'''' is a brand that provides wall printing service for corporate clients. Its specialty is branding of offices, public buildings, large commercial spaces.

wall printers⁺ is a company that sells printers along with comprehensive know-how and after-sales support, which allows those not previously involved in the industry to develop a wall printing business.

“It’s time to expand our business and go to foreign markets. Can you help us?”

The client approached us in August 2023. He decided to expand his business by selling wall printing machines. This change opened up the possibility of scaling both branches of the business more efficiently, allowing them to grow independently. It also helped to better align the offering with market expectations. We faced the challenge of expanding the client’s business to a new target group and planning an effective expansion into foreign markets. It became necessary to:

→ to plan and implement processes for generating potential customers,

→ to develop the customers’ purchase path,

→ to match the values communicated by the company. These changes required the development of a new marketing strategy and adaptation of activities to the new target group. We needed to understand the needs of the B2B segment’s audience and develop customer purchase paths, and then match the company’s communicated values to them.

And that’s not all the challenges we faced… The client was thriving in social media under the Woltatu brand. So it was a huge challenge to rebrand and separate social media communication channels for the newly established entities. Social media activity (Instagram, TikTok) was the main source of leads. There was a lack of dedicated places where potential customers could get the knowledge they were looking for and perform the action our client wanted most. The plans were ambitious and the challenges were great, so we added a marketing consultant, a sales consultant and an IT implementation line to the project team.

AdWise activities

At this stage, our client’s marketing required a comprehensive approach and support at every stage of the marketing funnel. Therefore, we started an ongoing cooperation, which included:

  • Advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads),
  • content marketing (substantive blog articles in Polish and English),
  • SEO activities in the Polish and English markets,
  • Development of a comprehensive communications strategy with full implementation support for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube channels,
  • Web development, i.e., implementation of the sites, ongoing care and adaptation to the next stages of the implemented strategy.
  • Email marketing activities involving the development of a marketing automation cycle with the content of emails and launching them (with the support of the implementation line) to warm up leads.
  • Graphic design (corporate apparel, business cards, 3D renderings, graphic and content development of sales offers).

Effects of cooperation

What sets this cooperation apart is that the project is still ongoing and growing. This is just the beginning of our joint activities, and here are the results we can already boast of:

→ As a result of our efforts, in a few months the wall printers⁺ brand page has seen a 73% increase in views.

→ The number of phrases on which the above website is displayed in the TOP 100 has increased to 228! A 73% increase in website impressions, with the number of phrases the page displayed on increasing to 228.

→ Together we developed two separate but consistent identities that help both business lines stand out from the competition and strengthen their image in the minds of customers.

→ Thanks to the involvement of many AdWise specialists, new brand names and their communication strategy were developed.

→ We created (and continue to develop and customize) a website tailored to the client’s specific business, purchase process, focused on acquiring valuable leads. The website for the wall printers⁺ brand is now also expanding to include an e-commerce module.

→ Since September 2023, we have been supporting the client’s regular social media marketing activities. These are based on communications specific to each outreach channel.

→ We have implemented a CRM system that combines sales and marketing activities. By matching processes and functionalities, it supports the company in the smooth cooperation of all departments.
