The data will be processed during the period in which a complaint or lawsuit can be filed, as well as during the period for which the Administrator is obliged to process the data under the laws. We process data processed for direct marketing of our products and services until the customer objects to its processing for this purpose.

1. Objectives of the adopted privacy policy and the use of cookies on the website.

1.1. This Privacy and Cookie Use Policy governs the processing of personal data collection and use of information about users on the website in the domain www.sellwise.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). It was created and adopted by Sellwise Szymon Negacz. The administrator of the personal data is SELLWISE Szymon Negacz Spółka Komandytowa with its registered office at: Piwna 10, 44-100 Gliwice.
