Information obligation

In fulfillment of the information obligation under Art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation RODO), we hereby inform you that:

The administrator of your personal data (hereinafter: Administrator) is: SELLWISE Szymon Negacz Spółka Komandytowa with its registered office at: Piwna 10, 44-100 Gliwice, NIP 6312699869, REGON 389975697, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000922240, represented by Szymon Negacz – general partner.

  1. Your data will be processed for:

(a) Necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party under Art. 6 of Law 1 letter B RODO

(b) Necessary to conclude a contract based on your interest in an offer, pursuant to Art. 6 of Law 1 letter B RODO

(c) Possible investigation or defense against claims, as fulfillment of our legitimate interest, pursuant to Art. 6 of Law 1 letter f RODO

d) To offer you products and services as a fulfillment of our legitimate interest in direct marketing

(e) To work with you to provide your services

(f) Automatic profiling

2 We may transfer your data to:

a) To persons authorized by us – our employees and associates who need to have access to the data to perform their duties

(b) Processors – to whom we outsource activities that require data processing

c) Other recipients – e.g. couriers, insurers, law firms, debt collection companies, entities that under applicable laws may request the transfer of data

We will process your data during the time it is possible to file a complaint or lawsuit, as well as during the period for which we are obliged to process data under the laws. We process data processed for direct marketing of our products and services until you object to its processing for this purpose.

You have the right to access your data and receive a copy of your data, to transfer your data, to object to the processing of your data, to correct your data, to delete your data, to restrict the processing of your data, to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
